D. to hold a "Wellness For Your Body and Mind" event at City Hall on May 7, 2016, from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. The applicant is requesting the following: Special Event fee waiver of $150.00, parking for vendors and attendees, and use of the City Commission Chamber, Atrium, and the NW Conference Room.
